How can I make a booking?

You can book your stay through our trusted partners, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and VRBO. Simply search for your desired property, select your dates, and follow the platform’s booking steps. Need assistance? Feel free to contact our support team directly.

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a full charge. Be sure to review the specific cancellation terms listed on the property’s booking page.
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy applied at the time of booking.
Yes, a standard cleaning fee of $400 applies to each reservation. All fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
